Rachel brings a unique blend of artistry, discipline, and compassion to her Pilates teaching. Trained as a dancer, she earned dual degrees in Dance and Psychology from Mercyhurst College, where she was first introduced to Pilates as a way to support her training and performance. She quickly discovered that the structure and precision of Pilates mirrored the discipline of ballet, sparking a passion that has stayed with her ever since. Now a mother of three, Rachel has embraced teaching Pilates as her “second act.” She completed the comprehensive Club Pilates Teacher Training Program, where she developed advanced knowledge of movement, anatomy, and instruction. With her background in both dance and psychology, she approaches every class with an understanding of both the body and the mind, creating a supportive and empowering environment for her clients.
