Hey my Club Pilates family, I’m Anita! I’m so excited to meet you all and share my passion for movement. My own Pilates journey began back in 2007. After a knee injury and a herniated disc, I was searching for a way to heal and avoid surgery. Pilates was the answer. It not only helped me manage for years, but when I eventually had knee surgery in 2022, the reformer was my secret weapon for rehabilitation and keeping my spine healthy. I became a STOTT fully certified instructor because I experienced its power firsthand, and I couldn’t wait to share it. My approach to well-being is multifaceted, built on a 25-year foundation as a holistic nutritionist. I believe our bodies thrive when we care for them as a whole, which is why I love to incorporate elements from my training in Hatha Yoga and even elemental rhythm breathwork into my classes. My goal is always to help you find a deeper connection to yourself. I’m truly dedicated to helping people achieve a more balanced lifestyle, and I believe everyone is unique and deserves to be treated that way. In my classes, you’ll find a strong focus on proper alignment and form, using breath and imagery to guide your movement and awareness.
