Breanna O'Neill-Metzdorff
Certified Pilates Instructor
A professional dancer and classically-trained Pilates Instructor candidate, Breanna O’Neill-Metzdorff has transformed her love of movement into a life-long career. A Southern California native, Breanna received both her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Bachelor of Arts in Dance, emphasis in Dance Science from California State University, Long Beach (2021). She has performed in various international locations, such as the Sydney Opera House during the 29th Annual Youth Musicale Concert (2013) and Rudolfinum Dvorak Hall during the Music Celebrations International Tour (2020). She currently works as a Parades Performer at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California as a dancer, swing, and character performer.
Post undergrad, Breanna expanded her career into secondary education, teaching Dance, Drama, and Physical Education to high school students with a range of physical capabilities. Now working as a Dance Choreographer through the Visual and Performing Arts Department at Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, California, she works closely with both the Musical Theater and Special Education community, respectively. Prioritizing bodily longevity and kinesthetic awareness within her teaching philosophies, Breanna’s love of movement transitioned her into the Pilates world seamlessly.
She is currently working towards receiving her Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certificate from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California and expected to receive her National Pilates Certification by mid-2026. Breanna prioritizes educating her clients on their own physical facility in order to develop a personal Pilates practice of their own. She is eager for her Club Pilates clients to be curious, feel strong, and walk out each class feeling better about themselves. As Breanna continues to develop her own Pilates practice, she finds inspiration for her sequencing from her students, the local dance community, and athletes alike.
