Amanda has been participating in group fitness and mat pilates classes for well over a decade. In 2020 she first tried a reformer and has been enamored ever since.
Going from pilates student to instructor has been a wonderful transition - Amanda loves helping people discover pilates and their ability to feel stronger. She adores the TRX, the Exo Chair, and the foam roller.
Amanda loves many types of fitness activities and is a big fan of following new passions. She finds pilates is the perfect accompaniment to so many of her other favorite workouts: climbing, swimming, weight-lifting, boxing, and zumba.
Amanda is also the Owner of Club Pilates North Bethesda.
