For the past 27 years Jen has built a career as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, indoor cycling instructor (Spinning), yoga instructor, Thai Yoga Level 1 therapist and Pilates (apparatus and mat) Instructor. She began studying Pilates in 2002 with Stott in NYC and then furthered her education receiving certifications from both classical and contemporary Pilates schools around the country. Jen has also studied movement disorders (specifically MS and Parkinson’s) with some world renowned doctors and physical therapists to work with specific clients afflicted with these diseases. Jen also has studied with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and medical practitioners over the past 15 years to round out her understanding of the body and provide her clients with the best care for their specific needs.
