Gabby has a career as a School Social Worker and knows the importance of finding ways to keep yourself feeling good inside and out. She has always enjoyed a variety of workouts, including, running, kickboxing, HIIT, and weight lifting. She tried Pilates for the first time in 2009 and fell in love. It is perfect for connecting the mind and body. She especially loves the emphasis on the precision of each movement in Pilates. This has helped her improve her form while doing other workouts and functional movements throughout the day. This inspired her to join the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program to earn her 500-hour comprehensive certification. During each class, Gabby stays true to the classic Pilates moves and sprinkles in some challenges along the way.
