As a busy mom of three and an avid runner, Melissa Manning first started taking Pilates classes as a way to alleviate her plantar fasciitis pain. After seeing the additional core strength, and flexibility benefits she was getting from her Pilates practice, she was hooked. Melissa completed her comprehensive Pilates instructor training certification at FFC where she created a Pilates for marathon runners program. Melissa is enjoying the multiple class types that Club Pilates offers and loves learning more about the members!
