I found Pilates when I needed a gentler but powerful way to strengthen my body after other methods weren’t working for me. What started as a personal journey quickly became something I truly love! In my years of practicing, Pilates has helped me build strength, stability, and a deeper connection with my body. As a teacher, I plan to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and proud of what their bodies can do!
