Rhonda LOVES Pilates! She’s a wife, a mom, and now a Pilates instructor who enjoys every minute of it. Her approach to classes is from a coaching perspective (she recently stepped down as a high school cross country and track coach). She motivates, inspires and challenges the bodies in the room to give more than the little voices inside their heads allow them to. She knows, from experience, that many times a simple workout becomes difficult because we tell ourselves that it is. Yet, when we quiet those voices and allow our bodies to do what they can do, we amaze ourselves by our strength, our resilience, and our God-given talents. She encourages everyone to step outside their comfort zone and experience life with anticipation and great expectations! And, of course, it'll be super fun!
