Rebecca Kopplin is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through Club Pilates. For decades, running was Rebecca’s first love and she used Pilates and weight training to maintain muscle balance and strength — so she could run! Several marathons and countless miles down the road she found herself injured and began focusing more on the Pilates and less on the running. In time, Pilates helped Rebecca recover and regain mobility, strength and flexibility lost by overuse. As an endurance athlete she realized Pilates could enhance performance in the other sports she enjoyed. Rebecca likes to challenge herself so she also likes to challenge members in her classes. For 50 minutes, Rebecca flows through a solid full body workout where balance, strength and control are developed, new skills are learned and confidence grows. Encouraging others comes naturally to Rebecca so get ready to hear “You Got This!”… and have fun!
