Sarah first discovered Pilates over 15 years ago when a friend went through certification and needed students to practice on. She was immediately hooked! It was when she discovered Club Pilates that she refreshed her interest and not long after that went through the certification process. She loves that Pilates really is for every age, stage and body. Sarah believes in the importance of the mind-body connection and taking time to connect with yourself in class and letting the rest of the day fade away for 50 minutes — and that laughter is the best medicine! When she’s not teaching, she’s usually sipping on espresso, keeping up with her teenagers, traveling whenever she can, eating good food, or soaking up sun wherever she can get it.
