Hannah Cain discovered Pilates over 10 years ago after taking an intro class shortly after moving to the area and immediately falling in love with the energy and fun of the practice. Over time, Pilates has helped her develop greater body awareness while building strength and flexibility in a way that supports everyday movement. With a background in yoga, anatomy, and physiology, Hannah was naturally drawn to teaching and sharing her passion for movement with others. Her classes are form-focused and mindful, with room to play, offering detailed cueing and a consistent emphasis on core connection. She especially enjoys working with beginners, helping clients feel confident, supported, and empowered as they learn. Hannah is Club Pilates 500-hour trained and has completed 150 hours of Hatha Yoga training. Outside the studio, she loves spending time with her family and is passionate about holistic living, natural health, and women’s wellness. She’s especially interested in postnatal health and could see herself working as a postnatal doula in the future. Above all, Hannah believes it’s the students who make teaching so much fun.
