Tina Housdan is a Club Pilates-certified comprehensive instructor whose passion for Pilates was born from her own recovery after two knee replacement surgeries. In just six months, Pilates transformed her strength, mobility, and confidence - inspiring her to teach. Tina’s classes are energetic, uplifting, and form-focused, with detailed cueing and mindful, strength-based movement. She especially loves working on knee health, glute/core strength, and shoulders.
