Jen comes from a dance background and after completing her bachelors at Laban contemporary dance school wanted to find a way to help others to find the same joy in movement as she does. She started teaching Pilates sculpt classes and from here has built her knowledge by learning various different techniques. She is certified in the NASM personal training method. And has completed her Mat and reformer certification through breathe education. Jen has also studied TRX group fitness method. Jen loves to try and give everyone a challenge in her classes and believes everyone can always give one more rep. In her spare time she loves to be outside in nature and spends her time hiking, snowboarding and generally being active outside. She believes that through Pilates and strength training we can make our bodies strong and future proof them to be able to keep doing the things with love throughout our entire lives.
