Movement has been a part of my life for years, but my relationship with it changed after experiencing a pelvic fracture many years ago. Even after six years in the fitness industry, working as a Fitness Advisor I found that traditional training didn’t offer the same sense of relief and connection that I found in Pilates. Through my practice I began to experience strength in a much gentler way. It became a place where I could slow down, listen to my body, and meet myself with compassion. In my class I aim to offer the same level of support I experienced in my personal practice. As an instructor, my intention is to create that same feeling for others. I want every person who walks into my class to feel welcomed, at ease, and fully supported. I truly believe movement should feel safe, empowering, and personal to you. Creating a genuine sense of belonging isn’t just important to me, it’s the reason I do what I do!
