I have been a CP member for many years. Pilates has significantly improved my core strength, flexibility, and balance—I move better and feel better overall. I value my connection with CP, not only because of these physical benefits, but also because of the strong sense of community I experience while there. From being greeted by name when I arrived to chatting with the person on the reformer next to me, it is a welcoming and supportive environment.
Previously, I worked as a fitness and weight training instructor as well as a tennis instructor/coach. These experiences shaped my passion for helping others stay active and healthy. I love that Pilates is truly for every body. Teaching now gives me the opportunity to share my love of Pilates while supporting people as they work toward their individual wellness goals. When I teach, my goal is to create an inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable and empowered through movement, while being challenged to move within their own range.
When I’m not at CP, I love spending time with my family, including our three rescue dogs, and staying active by playing and coaching pickleball.
