Hi I’m Lisa, a Club Pilates certified instructor. I also have a background in Anatomy and Physiology. I started practicing Pilates during college, after my ballet and modern dance training. I was drawn to the strength and movement of Pilates, feeling stronger, taller and able to breathe better after each session. Years later, when I had my 4 daughters, I found it helped relieve my debilitating hip pain, and rediscover my core strength. I became more serious in my practice, working privately for over 10 years with Master Trainer, Karen Millard. During this time, I had my 4th daughter, and continued my Pilates practice until full term. What a difference it made throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. I had never felt stronger, more balanced, and happier in my body.
Now, as a certified instructor, I’m passionate about sharing the same feelings with others. I continue to further and grow in my own practice, working with both Master Trainers Karen Millard and Lead Instructor Pauline Morris.
