Kelley is a former runner, cyclist, triathlete, and hiker who discovered the transformative power of Pilates in 2023 during her 60-pound weight loss journey. She fell in love with Pilates and began the teacher training program in 2025. She’s passionate about how Pilates connects the body and mind, promoting overall wellness and excited to share this newfound passion with members, friends, and family! In her free time, Kelley enjoys live music, mountain biking, cooking and traveling with her husband Charles.
