Kelly was born and raised in Dublin, OH where her home studio is located. She grew up dancing so Pilates felt like a natural transition as she got older given it implements the same form and techniques. She has taken and taught just about every type of fitness class (you might find some surprises from other styles in her class formats) but wanted to invest in a form of exercise that was beneficial for her mind and body and could continue doing throughout her lifetime; insert: Pilates! Kelly has been teaching mat Pilates since 2016 and added her comprehensive certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training in 2021. Shortly after that, she joined the Club Pilates team as an instructor. Furthermore, she holds ACE Group Fitness and ‘Oh Baby Fitness’ Pre and Postnatal Training certifications and completed trainings in Barre Above with Pilates Focus, American Barre Technique and Zumba. When she isn’t teaching her clients anything and everything on the Wunda Chair or being kept busy by her three kids, she enjoys reading, hiking, wine, and eating good food.
