Brenda Alexis
Pilates Instructor
With over 30 years as a fitness professional, Brenda has taught a wide range of formats including cycle, barre, aqua aerobics, and personal training. She was introduced to Pilates when another instructor recognized her potential and encouraged her to try reformer classes—quickly leading her to step into teaching and share her passion with others.
Brenda’s goal is for clients to feel grounded, in control, and deeply connected to their bodies. She emphasizes core strength, concentration, and the powerful connection between physical movement and mental well-being—often describing Pilates as an extension of physical therapy that supports long-term strength and injury prevention.
Outside of the studio, Brenda is a proud mom of two boys and grandmother of three. She loves staying active with outdoor activities like pickleball and is even considering taking up golf. In addition, she is a real estate executive in her family business.
