My name is Madigan Spiers, and my Pilates journey began in early 2024. After many years as an athlete, I had simply lost the motivation I once had. I quickly found the workout for me after just a handful of pilates classes. I experienced a shift that I wasn't expecting: I began to see a change not only in my physical body but in my overall health and confidence. That spark led me to dive deeper, and by 2025, I began training to become a pilates instructor which is how I ended up here today. I teach because I want my clients to experience that same transformation. My classes focus on the "powerhouse" (the core and abdominals) and the use of breath to center and calm the mind. I strive to create an environment where you can push your limits while finding the mental clarity needed to take on the day. My goal is for you to leave the studio feeling stronger, more confident, and completely rejuvenated
