For Cat, wellness is a way of life. As a registered dietitian, personal trainer, and avid yogi, Cat gravitates toward a more mindful approach to fitness. She discovered Pilates in 2014 while teaching at a health club in Paso Robles, CA. She craved a modality that incorporates flexibility, functionality, and grace - of course, Pilates was it! From the first moment she tried reformer legs in straps, she was hooked.
In 2016, Cat completed a 450-hour mat & apparatus course with the Pilates Education Institute, and went on to achieve Pilates Method Alliance certification. With over seven years of experience in group fitness instruction, Cat loves to create dynamic and fluid classes that incorporate body and soul.
The mindful component of her practice translates to all areas of life, where she enjoys hiking with her pup Sezzie and traveling with her partner Zac.
