Malorie discovered Pilates in 2014 when her friend opened a custom fitness studio that incorporated Pilates. She has always been invested in fitness and after having a baby her previous work out routine no longer fit her post-natal body.
Malorie decided to dive back into the Pilates practice and the rest is history. Pilates allowed her to reinvent her, work out reverse postural issues and strengthen her entire body. She previously worked in the medical field and wanted to continue working in health and wellness.
Malorie received her Comprehensive certification as a Pilates instructor through Club Pilates, and her teaching style is athletic fused with traditional. Her favorite exercises are long spine and mermaid.
When Malorie’s not in the studio, she’s enjoys surfing, hiking, Mountain biking, paddleboarding, and traveling.
