Mo was introduced to Pilates by a friend and quickly connected with the way it builds strength through control, balance, and functional movement. With a background in volleyball, CrossFit, and weight training, she’s always prioritized staying active, but Pilates offered a new kind of challenge that felt both grounding and energizing. It also aligned with her belief that functional movement and core strength are essential for feeling good in everyday life. She completed her Club Pilates teacher training in summer 2025 and is working toward her full comprehensive certification later this year. Mo’s teaching style is upbeat and encouraging, and she loves helping clients feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. One of her favorite parts of teaching is the sense of community in the studio — it’s been a place to connect, support one another, and build friendships that last well beyond class. Her goal is to make every session a space where people can move well, have fun, and build strength that supports them far beyond the studio.
