Jermaine's love for movement started as a child. He was always involved in sports from soccer to basketball to baseball to golf. He became a fitness trainer in 2003. The following year began his journey with Pilates by getting certified to teach through Pilates Lifestyles on various apparatuses. His love for Pilates came as he saw the benefits of alleviating the tightness in his body. He realized that Pilates could help people in so many ways i.e. flexibility, strenth, balance and mind body awareness. He currently teaches Reformer, Springboard and TRX classes. He also works with a wide range of individuals from children to athletes to senior citizens.
Jermaine teaches in a manner believing a variety of movement helps you to reach your potential. Each class is always different challenging your mind as well as your body to be the best that it can be. He also continues his education through quarterly workshops and various certification programs.
