Michelle has been trained through Power Pilates for beginning, intermediate, and advanced mat training, and through Club Pilates for comprehensive. She has been teaching reformer Pilates for over a year, and has taught Mat Pilates since 2009. Michelle took a Pilates workshop for continuing education many years ago, which sparked her interest; however, it wasn't until several serious injuries, including a cervial fusion of 5 vertebrae that she actively pursued the Pilates method to help regain range of motion and manage pain. she is also a certified Yoga instruction 200RYT, a member of the Yoga Alliance, and received the following certifications through the American Council on Exercise: Group Fitness (93), Personal Training (96), Health Coach (19).
