Kim Bell
Instructor
Kim has combined her passion for Pilates and education into becoming a Club Pilates certified instructor. As a Pilates student, she fell in love with the core stability, balanced strength and mindful breathwork that sets Pilates apart from other programs. She takes pride in structuring her Pilates classes to include the needs of each individual in the class, whether they are a beginner, active athlete or an individual who is recovering from an injury. She believes in the philosophy that Pilates is for everybody. When not at Pilates, Kim spends her time teaching high school social studies, enjoying time with her husband and fur baby and appreciating time with family and friends.
