After years of working out in many facets of life, Kayla decided to go one step further and put in the hours to receive her Certification for Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as becoming a Certified Cycle Instructor. Kayla has been teaching an array of classes since 2017 and continues to grow her education. In addition to teaching workout classes, Kayla also enjoys hiking, running, yoga, and all aspects of body work. With years of countless sports and all types of physical activity, Kayla has found a love for knowledge of one’s body. She is driven and extremely dedicated to her passion of health.
