Hello, my name is Jessica Dutson, and I am a Certified Pilates Instructor.
I was introduced to Pilates as a teenager and fell in love with Pilates on the Mat. In 2022, I took my first Reformer class and was hooked. I completed the 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification in 2025.
Pilates is good for my mental health because it provides me with clarity, strengthens me, and makes me aware of my body. After injuring my knees while hiking the Grand Canyon, Pilates helped me recover to the point where I can hike pain-free again. Some of my favorite things outside of Pilates are the mountains, exploring different places and cultures, good mystery books or shows, live performances, adventures, and enjoying and preparing delicious food with family and friends.
My aspiration is to continue to increase my knowledge of the science behind Pilates and keep learning all I can about how our bodies move and stay healthy.
As a Pilates instructor, my goal is to help as many people as I can find joy and freedom in their unique bodies while helping each achieve their Pilates goals.
