I taught group fitness at the University of Alabama and then at Fitness Express in Selma, AL. I recently completed an intensive Accelerated Club Pilates training course in Atlanta to become a Pilates Apprentice Instructor. For fun I like to shop, go to the beach, go on boat rides, take walks in the park, read, and relax at home with my two dogs Ollie and Nash. My favorite thing about Pilates is its incredible efficiency! I love the gentle yet impactful benefits it brings to both body and mind, plus the pure bliss of flowing to a fun playlist! This practice not only sculpts those sneaky muscles we tend to overlook but also improves our body composition while nurturing our overall well-being. Every movement and session reveals new layers of self-awareness, strength and flexibility, while teaching us to be intentional as we engage every fiber of our being with purpose. It's a full-body tune-up that leaves you feeling fantastic inside and out! I'm also reminded of the importance of graciously nurturing the gifts God has given us, including our bodies and minds, so we can better serve Him and others with passion and purpose!
