Julia’s passion is helping others transform their bodies through Pilates. She fell in love with Pilates after it significantly reduced her chronic back pain following a car accident. She discovered mat Pilates in the early 2000s and noticed a great improvement in her lower back pain. After being introduced to the Reformer at Club Pilates in 2016, she fell in love even more as it helped her become stronger, leaner, and pain-free. She became a certified instructor in 2019.
Julia loves teaching how movement and breathwork in Pilates lengthen and strengthen muscles, build a strong core, improve spinal flexibility, enhance posture, and reduce pain. Join Julia this week and experience the benefits for yourself!
