Holly discovered Pilates when she was pregnant with her daughter and quickly fell in love with how it made her feel. Pilates made her stronger, leaner and more balanced. Holly decided she wanted to share the amazing benefits of Pilates with as many people as possible and pursued her dream of becoming an Instructor. In 2018, Holly earned her 500-hour certification through the Club Pilates Teacher Training program. She loves sharing with her clients the effect Pilates can have on their lives. After she began teaching Holly quickly discovered her second passion, the Pilates Suspension Method. PSM uses the TRX to apply Pilates principles in a totally new and unique way. After her first workshop she was hooked and began pursuing becoming a Pilates Suspension Method Instructor and was certified last year. No matter where you are in your fitness journey she will meet you there!
