Dana has been teaching group fitness at The University of Texas at Austin, where she first fell in love with Pilates. Pilates resonates with her because it challenges total body control and focus, making every class both mentally and physically engaging. With a passion for all things fitness and experience as a personal trainer, Dana loves helping clients safely push their limits and reach their goals. Her teaching style is encouraging, energetic, and form-focused, creating classes that are both challenging and fun.
