Cathy discovered Pilates in 2014, while working a corporate accounting job, during a new year health and wellness initiative. She was hooked after her first class! She loved how Pilates made her feel and began to notice improved posture and how the alignment and body awareness principals were making a difference in her everyday life. She knew she wanted to share this feeling with friends and family.
Cathy completed Pilates Teacher Training and now shares her love of the practice with others. She feels blessed to be able to do what she truly loves every day and to help change people's lives through healthy, meaningful movement. Cathy's goal is to create programs that are challenging, fun, and full of variety! When not teaching, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as reading, cooking, and traveling.
