Claudia had been taking classes at Club Pilates for a couple of years when she decided to take the CP Teacher Training program. After working at an unfulfilling desk job for five years, Claudia wanted to do something she loved, and teaching Pilates fit the bill! One of Claudia’s favorite series of moves is the long stretch, transitioning to up stretch, then elephant and back to long stretch. This is done standing on the reformer, which is fun and challenging! Aside from teaching Pilates, Claudia spends a lot of time thinking about Pilates! She enjoys being creative in various ways - as a graphic designer, making jewelry and sun catchers, drawing and painting. Prior to taking Pilates, Claudia trained in Shotokan karate for 15 years and is a black belt.
