After playing competitive tennis since the age of 6 and enjoying a very active and joyous lifestyle that includes hiking, swimming, yoga and pickleball, Leigh had a LOT of wear and tear in her body. Her lifestyle, sports-related orthopedic surgeries and a serious car accident restricted that joy with chronic pain, an intolerable loss of mobility and most importantly an inability to continue to do the things she loved. She found out how much Pilates can strengthen, create flexibility and balance your body (and mind) to obtain optimal health and wellness. Leigh says her personal experiences with Pilates have been nothing short of a miracle. After several years as a Club Pilates member, she enrolled in the CP Teacher Training program and became a Pilates instructor to share this method of full mind/body well being to anyone who wants to be the best version of themselves!
