Elizabeth began her Pilates journey two years ago. Having experience with running and weight lifting, she sought out an exercise form that would target the whole body while strengthening the core. She immediately fell in love with the exercise form. Pilates left her feeling stronger, leaner, more flexible, and more in tune with her body. Elizabeth decided that she wanted to educate herself more on the exercise form and share her love for Pilates with those in her community. As a nursing student she is passionate about preventive health and believes that movement truly is medicine. The health benefits of Pilates can extend to virtually any population. She plans to continue her nursing and Pilates education to be able to cater to any population. Pilates is for anyBODY. Stop on by for a class with Elizabeth!
