Julie Hirsch
Julie is a Club Pilates certified instructor as of January 2026 with extensive experience in the fitness industry and a passion for helping others move with confidence and purpose. Her fitness journey includes teaching at 24 Hour Fitness, Gold’s Gym, and Fitness 19, where she instructed a wide variety of formats including Les Mills BodyPump, Insanity, Turbo Kickboxing, Booty Bar, Aqua Aerobics, High Fitness, and TRX. Julie is energetic and deeply committed to her members, with a strong focus on proper form, mindful movement, and making every moment in the studio count. She believes exercise is not only about physical strength, but also about mindset, body awareness, and building confidence through movement. As a motivator and cheerleader, Julie strives to make each class uplifting and empowering, helping members better understand their bodies and experience the many benefits of movement beyond the studio. As a mom of six, she understands the demands of daily life and is passionate about helping members feel stronger, more energized, and supported in their fitness journey.
