I discovered Pilates years ago while living in Norwalk, CT. I was entrenched in CrossFit and decided to buy a Groupon for a Pilate workout. I thought, “oh, this will be easy.” Well, guess what? It was not! Pilates has completely changed my perspective on fitness and how proper form, control, and commitment can maximize strength.
There are many benefits to staying fit with Pilates; it is fun, keeps you mobile, and staying connected to the mind, body, and soul! My goal is to help both men and women recognize and remember that age is just a number. It is so essential to make that time for yourself! I am here to support achieving your fitness goals!
