Sara has been teaching Pilates and working full time in the fitness industry since 2012. Growing up in Chicago, Sara studied ballet as well as other genres of dance and was first introduced to Pilates as part of her training. After moving to Houston, her interest in movement therapy and the need to keep moving her own body led her to a career in fitness. Sara has taught Pilates, barre, spin and yoga classes. She loves how her clients become stronger both in body and mind and achieve their goal inside and outside of the studio. When not at the studio, you can find Sara hiking with her three dogs or doing DIY projects at home.
