Ariel became very involved in fitness in 2008 when her ballet days ended. She fell in love with taking barre classes from a fellow Club Pilates instructor Colleen and decided to become an instructor herself to help deliver a burn. After that she slowly found her way to pilates and then decided to become STOTT certified. She love incorporating strength and a good burn in every class. She truly believes that pilates will change the way that you move and workout.
