Lexi Dvorak
Instructor
Hi, I'm Lexi! I found Pilates a year ago during a season when I was searching for balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to myself. What started as movement quickly became a powerful tool for my mental health—helping me slow down, build strength from the inside out, and truly feel at home in my body. That transformation inspired me to become a Pilates instructor, with the goal of creating a supportive, grounding space where others can experience that same sense of connection, confidence, and care.
Outside the studio, I’m a full-time Oncology Nurse Practitioner, a role that deeply shapes how I approach teaching—with empathy, intention, and a strong respect for the body’s resilience. I’m also a proud dog mom to three rescue pups: Epi (mixed breed), Cessna (German Shorthaired Pointer), and Amalfi (Italian Spinone), who keep life joyful and a little chaotic. In my downtime, you’ll usually find me thrifting, decorating, reading, or spending quality time with my dogs. Whether in healthcare or Pilates, my passion is helping people feel supported, strong, and seen.
