My journey with Pilates began as a way to support my active lifestyle and manage old injuries. What I discovered was far more transformative than I ever expected. Pilates strengthened my body, improved my mobility, and gave me the tools to keep past injuries at bay. It allowed me to continue doing the sports I love while feeling stronger, more balanced, and healthier. Experiencing these changes firsthand inspired me to share Pilates with others. I am passionate about helping clients build resilient, capable bodies whether they are recovering from injury, enhancing athletic performance, or simply striving to feel better in their everyday lives. My approach focuses on mind body connection, functional strength, and long-term wellbeing. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll likely find me exploring the world. I love combining my passion for travel with two of my favorite sports, scuba diving and cycling. For me, movement is not just exercise it’s a way of experiencing life fully.
