I've been teaching group fitness for over 17 years. I got into Pilates and yoga 20+ years ago thinking it was the perfect Sunday reset before returning to the office on a Monday, which then became an almost daily after work, then before work, and occasionally during work enjoyment before I realized it was more a calling than an escape. Since then, I’ve learned to slow down, no longer use it as an escape but more as a way to connect with myself, and enjoy helping people do the same - whether it’s a moment to unwind, a moment to reset, or a moment to strengthen areas that may need help for other daily activities. I specialize in functional training and finding ways to help build neuro plasticity through movement.
I'm an outdoor enthusiast with a bunch of fur babies, I grew up racing and teaching skiing, swimming. When I’m not at work, can be found outdoors hiking, foraging mushrooms, mountain biking, snowboarding, playing on my Stand Up Paddle Board, and pretending I enjoy going for a run.
