Originally from Australia, Pauline moved to the U.S. in 2004 and brings a love of hiking, cycling, traveling, and food to everything she does. She began practicing Pilates to build long-term stability and mobility to support her active lifestyle — and quickly fell in love with its power and purpose.
With years of experience teaching Pilates and yoga, Pauline is comprehensively trained through Balanced Body and holds certifications in TRX, Booty Barre, BarreAbove, Pilates Suspension Method, and more. She is also a 500-hour certified yoga instructor.
Pauline’s classes focus on fluid, functional strength and mindful movement. She is passionate about helping clients truly understand the Pilates method while offering thoughtful modifications, so everyone—from beginners to those working around injuries—can feel successful, supported, and strong.
