I discovered Pilates several years ago when, due to various injuries and conditions, my previous forms of exercise were no longer an option. Movement has always been an important part of my life, so determined to keep going, I decided to try a class. I knew immediately I had found exactly what I needed!
As I began practicing consistently, I gradually discovered a new level of strength in my body—one that respected my limitations rather than working against them. Early on, I knew this practice was something special and something I wanted to share with others.
I want students to come to class knowing that Pilates is truly for every body. It is a place they can safely challenge themselves and build strength, resilience and confidence through intentional, supportive movement. Not to mention it’s a lot of fun too!
