Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kylie grew up as an athlete playing soccer and dancing, training at various studios. Movement and dance became something she was passionate about and decided to attend Arizona State University and major in the dance program, part of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and graduate with a BA in Dance Performance. She discovered Pilates at the end of her college career and instantly fell in love and wanted to segway more into a fitness lifestyle. Certified in Dance and Pilates, Kylie has been teaching for the past 8 years. She has become very passionate about helping people feel stronger and feel better while moving through daily life.
