Molly began as a yoga teacher 10 years ago, when she found Pilates a few years later she infused the total mind/body connection into her personal Pilates practice. Molly certified in Pilates in 2016 through the guidance of master teacher (and retired professional Ballerina) Karol Ritz at Mt San Antonio College. Molly takes great pride in helping students find the fun and athleticism Pilates brings and believes in the ability of her students. No matter injuries, age or fitness level—Pilates can transform and uplift health. Our relationship to our body is the most important one we have, and Molly is delighted to help us connect with our bodies strength and ability!
