Gigi came to Pilates as an experienced HIIT Bootcamp instructor. Her passion for the Pilates method was found after undergoing a spinal injury brought on by high impact exercise and heavy weight lifting. Gigi believes that one of the greatest benefits of Pilates is its focus on core strength being that it is primary in developing balance throughout the entire body and not only in Pilates class but in everyday life as we are constantly being pulled down by gravity. She finds happiness and fulfillment in teaching others correct movement and creating a safe and fun environment for her students. You can expect a thorough yet fun approach in her classes while improving posture, body awareness and strength.
