I found Pilates through the recommendation of a friend. After spending hours at the gym and then CrossFit in my younger years, I wanted to try something that was a little kinder to my body. After my first class, I was hooked! I grew up being a dancer and really connected to the methodology and purpose of Pilates. I found myself at the Sandy studio at least 5 days a week. To say that Pilates has changed my life, would be an understatement. Not only is my body building strength and mobility in the most effective way I have found, my mind and heart are happier each time I attend class. I truly believe that Pilates is for EVERY body! I have so much gratitude and love for the community I have found at the Sandy and Draper Studios! We support each other, laugh with each other, while pushing ourselves to keep doing the work. This is what led me to teaching, along with the inspiration and encouragement from the amazing instructors I have the privilege to learn from. I found what I love to do! I am SO excited and honored to share the path with you all!
